His focus has long been on research quality: data collection, questionnaire design, and relevant analysis. Ron’s work has been covered by worldwide media, including throughout Canada, the U.S.,Russia, China, New Zealand, the UK, Hungary, the Czech Republic, the Philippines, and many others. His work has been used in U.S. Senate panel hearings, featured in the opening monologue on The Tonight Show, and is part of the curriculum at universities in Italy and the U.S. He has lectured at multiple universities and trade organizations. He has a communications degree from Pepperdine University (Malibu, California, US).
