Job Summary:
The Manager, Client Insights & Research leads the Client Insights & Research team, oversees the implementation of the Enterprise Insights strategy, and makes recommendations to the Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) Strategy, supporting its alignment with BCLC’s vision and strategies. This role will play an advisory role, ensuring alignment with internal and external influencers that may affect the business future state. This role proactively develops and manages the relevant working relationships with internal stakeholders (including senior leaders) and with applicable external stakeholders, including service partners, vendors and governing agencies.
